April

  • April 15-17: Hibernation time is over!

    Let’s help the Easter Bunny wake up the bears!

  • April 22-24: Spring clean out

    Why not clean out your camper and make some money? Come join everyone with a campground-wide yard sale.

  • April 29-31: Color the park

    Join us for a tie-dye walk and color fun run!

May

  • May 6-8: Mothers appreciation weekend

    Let’s make sure all camping moms feel appreciated this weekend!

  • May 13-15: Bacon weekend

    Can you smell that? Bacon, bacon everywhere. From a bacon side dish competition to bacon themed activities, we've got plenty of bacon on the menu.

  • May 20-22: 1st responders weekend

    Thank you to our first responders. Let’s learn about what they do and see some of their equipment.

  • May 27-30: Memorial Day weekend

    Red, White and Blue, don’t forget the fireworks too!

June

  • June 3-5: Life is “Beachy”

    We will be bringing the beach to Jellystone PA Wilds. Beach volleyball, bonfires and more.

  • June 10-12: Science and Discover weekend

    No lab coat required, we hope. We've got many hands-on experiments planned.

  • June 17-19: Father appreciation weekend

    Let’s make the campground one big “bear” cave!

  • June 24-26: Beat the record weekend

    First annual competition weekend. This weekend's records will go down in the books, and we’ll see if anyone can beat your record in years to come.

July

  • July 1-4: Party in the USA

    Does anyone hear Fireworks?!?!

  • July 7-10: Wet N Wild I

    A new name but same idea with new activities for the whole family. And……more water!

  • July 15-17: Superhero and Super Villian weekend

    Why is it always about the hero? Without the villain, we wouldn’t need the hero!

  • July 22-24 Christmas in July

    It’s the 2nd most wonderful time of the year! There might not be snow but we don’t need that white stuff to have Christmas in July.

  • July 29-31 Wet N Wild II

    The second weekend of this highly popular water-filled theme!

August

  • August 5-8: Reptile weekend

    Did you know that dinosaurs are reptiles?

  • August 12-14: Life at sea

    Pirates and mermaids and fairies, ohh my.

  • August 19-21: Carnival weekend

    Games, games and more games. Don’t forget the prizes

  • August 26-29: Chocolate and Marshmallow weekend

    Have you ever gone down a chocolate slip n slide? We have and we’re going to share this with you and more activities revolving around chocolate and marshmallows

September

  • September 2-5: Labor Day weekend

    Ugh. Is it really the last weekend of summer? We will make sure you forget about that!

  • September 9-11: Cornfest

    Come join us for fall fun and a corn related good time. What’s a Cornfest without a corn chowder and cornbread cook-off competition?

  • September 16-18: Care Camp weekend

    Help us help a great cause!  Participating in our Auction, Skittles and Starburst Bingo and much more can help kids with cancer and their families enjoy camping too! carecamps.org

  • September 23-25: “Chilly” weekend

    Fall is here, and it feels like it’s getting colder. Time for some Fall festivities, games and a “chilly” cook off to warm us up.

  • September 30 - October 2: Halloween I

    Enjoy a site decorating contest, costume contests, golf cart decorating, trick or treating, and a haunted trail.... It's time to get your spook on!  Maybe you're not the trick or treating type and would rather scare the kiddos and then give them a treat, there's some fun for you too!

October

  • October 7-10: Halloween II

    Halloween time!! Bring your costume and a bag. There'll be lots of candy, pumpkins, laughs and maybe some screams.

  • October 14-16: Halloween III

    Halloween time!!! Bring your costume and a bag. There'll be lots of candy, pumpkins, laughs and maybe some screams.

  • October 21-23: Halloween IV

    Halloween time!!!! Bring your costume and a bag. There'll be lots of candy, pumpkins, laughs and maybe some screams.

  • October 28-30: Hibernation time

    Help us make some winter snacks and read some bedtime stories as we put the bears to bed. We hope the end-of-season fireworks don’t wake up the bears!

My family stayed here one night on a Tuesday night to visit my old alma mater and the area state parks. It is very peaceful and quiet. Very nice staff and a beautiful area to come to. We Will be back for a longer stay!

New ownership, mostly new staff. But all the employees we encountered were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Some sites not very level, bring extra blocks! Some of the playground equipment needs to go. Overall a nice campground, and as others said, great place for kids!
